Problem

Screening candidates took a lot of manual time, and leads came in through a fragile no-code flow.

What I built

Three portals, an AI interview scored once and reused for every job a candidate applies to, and a lead service that replaced the no-code flow with tested code.

Result

Built and handed over to the client, who continued with another team.
