Price lists publish inside each procurement's dates, and Webflow and Supabase stay in sync. Swipe sideways to see all of it.

Problem

Each procurement has its own publishing windows and discount rules, and Webflow's file limits made large PDFs a problem.

What I built

A portal with versioned uploads that only publish inside each procurement's allowed dates. Files live in Supabase and are linked into Webflow, with two-way sync between the two.

Result

Live on the client's own infrastructure since June 2026.
